Solid contacts are manufactured using a cold heading process with solid copper alloy wire and are available with either a nickel or gold plating finish. These contacts terminate wire from 6 AWG to 20 AWG (13 - 0.5mm2) and are available in 5 sizes each of the pin and socket.
